Description

A ponderosa pine stands in White Pocket in Arizona's Vermilion Cliffs National Monument. Sediments deposited on top of sand dunes in the Jurassic period later petrified to create the unique twisting rocks. Getting there requires a 4x4 and advanced navigational skills.
